We ship within 24-48 hours across mainland Spain. Orders over €50 qualify for free shipping. For celebrations with a fixed date, order a few days ahead so we can coordinate delivery with you.
Yes. Pickup is available at our Centro and Albaicín shops in Granada during opening hours. Mention pickup in your order notes or WhatsApp message and we will confirm when it is ready.
Online checkout supports cash on delivery. In store you can pay by card or cash. For catering and wholesale quotes we agree payment terms when we confirm your order.
You may return eligible products within 7 days. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with your order details and we will arrange a replacement.
